The most beautiful beaches of the island can be easily reached on foot: the beach of Seccheto is just three minutes (about 150 meters), Cavoli is five minutes and Fetovaia twenty minutes (or five minutes by car). All of them are equipped with bathing establishments with cafes and public areas.
The rocky coast below the house (3 min. on foot) offers flat granite rocks with emerald sea and a natural pool-like lagoon with shallow waters.
The village of Seccheto (5 min. on foot) offers small shops for daily life such as groceries, cafes, restaurants/pizzerias, newspaper vendor, bakery and pharmacy so that the car is not necessary to go to the village or to the beach.
The nearest town, Marina di Campo (10 min. by car), offers many fashionable boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and the only airport on the island.
The property is located adjacent to the main road: this ideal location, so close to the beach and to the village, results in many passing cars - mostly during peak season when people go to and come back from the sea. The sidewalk along the road could be narrow in some points so we recommend young children be accompanied by adults when leaving the property.
