CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If the Tenant cancels the reservation up to 60 days before the arrival, 40% of the total rental amount  is due;

 

2. if the Tenant cancels the reservation between 59 and 31 days before the arrival, 60% of the total rental amount  is due;

 

3. if the Tenant cancels the reservation between 30 days before the arrival, or does not show on arrival, 100% of the total rental amount  is due.​​​
